Context of our organization
We are aware of the internal and external context that significantly influences our corporate objectives with regard to our Integrated Management System.
Internal and external topics are continuously identified, evaluated and monitored. We have identified all requirements of interested parties and regulated these for implementation in corresponding instructions. Evidence documents are kept in the form of records (test reports, protocols, etc.) as objective proofof activities performed or results achieved.
The requirements placed on us, which are regularly checked and evaluated for their fulfilment or coverage, can be composed as follows:
- Expectations and requirements of interested parties are included in the annual management report.
- All chapters of the ISO standards are applicable. There is no non-application of standard chapters.
- This list of requirements is reviewed at least once a year in our management reports or adapted at short notice in the event of changing conditions and to the changing requirements of interested parties.
Tenowo has adequately considered climate change as part of the analysis of internal and external issues and the requirements of interested parties and hasaligned the management system accordingly.
