Pipe Liner - trenchless pipe rehabilitation

Material for pipe repair (pipe liners) – Products by TENOWO for use in trenchless pipe rehabilitation form the basis for various tube liners available on the market. Precision-tailored to our customers’ needs, our nonwovens are the base material for the application of special coatings and resin systems and are used particularly in curved pipes with varying diameters.

With their single- or multilayer constructions of needle and/or stitch-bonded nonwovens, these so-called ‘flex-liners’ offer outstanding properties that meet the requirements for cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) applications. Our products are available in the weight range of 200 g/m² - 1300 g/m² and can be used in diameters from ND30 to ND300.

Advantages of trenchless pipe rehabilitation

The trenchless pipe rehabilitation is a fast, environmentally friendly process that will allow residential, commercial and critical infrastructure to regain an operational wastewater system significantly faster than with traditional pipe rehabilitation processes.

Our Liners for trenchless pipe rehabilitation can be used as single layer or multilayer needled or bonded products depending on the specific needs. The high radial flexibility of the materials allows an easy installation process using an inverted injection process with low pressures.

Our benefits

Composites-Rohrliner-600x600px
  • Use of corrosion-resistant, recycled polyester fibers with DIBt approval
  • Can be used for hot-water, steam or UV curing
  • Our special stitch-bonding technology gives the material a particularly high radial elasticity, permitting an offset up to two dimensions
  • Usable for vertical and horizontal alignment and curves of up to 90°
  • Our special voluminous nonwovens offer excellent absorbency and guarantee achievement of required wall thicknesses, even in overextension areas
  • High performance and low longitudinal elongation permit accurate calculation of material requirements and pinpoint installation without unnecessary waste
  • Liner installation does not require an additional calibration hose
  • Installation possible at low injection pressures
